1. Big News of the Week: Upperdeck rumors are true confirmed by an artist named Chris. He is working on some of the artwork for the cards. WOW has passed the 1 million player mark in Europe. Dispite the MMO market in Europe being estimated at ONLY a quarter million players… not that is what I call “beating all expectations“. The Lunar Festival begins on January 29th with celebrations occuring in Stormwind, Thunder Bluff, Booty Bay and Moonglade. On February 13th, one last firework show will be held in Moonglade. Boiling topic at the moment is the Casual/Hardcore debate. Casuals want access to more of the Hardcore items. Hardcore is irked that this trivializes their hardwork. Can’t we all just get along?!?
2. Rumors & Scuttlebutt: Discrimination is becoming a problem in WOW. Some players are refusing to accept other players into their group unless they can chat in perfect, unbroken English.
3. Legion of Cain: Want to join us on Earthen Ring? We can always use some fresh disfigured Horde faces. JOIN US!!!
4. Drop of the Week: Computer Games has a GREAT article in the February issue concerning a very young WOW player. This issue also holds the infamous “leaked” Draenai information.
5. Town Cryer: We want to thank all the WOW fans for the HUGE influx on emails we are receiving. Got some Guild/Realm info? Have a questions/info/tips for us then send them in by emailing at… theinstance@gmail.com
Watch out for those sneaky Murlocs. RlrlrlRLRLLRLGRLGRLGlglglglgl!!!

…FOR THE HORDE!
Hey guys, loving the show so far (still listening.) The issue of Twinking isn’t giving your level 1 alt 5g. It’s getting that level 1 alt to level 19 and giving it the BEST stuff that money can buy, the best enchants on everything (+9 stam on bracers, +15 agi on weapon), then joining the battlegrounds. What happens then is that Twink will absolutley DOMINATE everybody, excepting opposing Twinks. That is where the problem lies. It’s the same for every level grouping for the BGs. It gives more then an edge, it gives you undeniable advantage.
Wait a minute, I didn’t send in a pronunciation of the Art Carney Gates. Well I don’t remember doing so. It’s possible I could have, but anyway, I don’t have an accent. That last dude clearly did have one.
…I believe Stephen Hawkings sent in a voice message, where was that?
Awesome job guys.
that stinks i only got 4 minutes of the episode
Great show guys! I’m glad you have the directo download link – but I don’t see this episode up on iTunes? Any idea when it will be released there?
its there! not working for you still?
WOW launched in Europe on 11th february 2005. Not 6 months ago as you mentioned in your podcast.

I’m on the Server Laughing Skull which you guys already must know about
Hint, the Leeroy Jenkins thing and a couple of Actors playing too like Dave Chapel,
Also on the Alliance side as a Pally Lvl 60, 35 male
Hi over their,
here is another listener from a foreign country (germany); you are doing a good job – good podcast. Maybe we should try to start up a german podcast of WoW also. I believe their are many players who would be interested. Go ahead and maybe you have some tipps for solo player also.
Best regards
Dirk
Hey guys. Cool show. Just wanted to note I think it is appropriate that “Dranei” is so very similar to “Drano” since they all look like walking turds. *smirks* I really hope the new Alliance race turns out to be a Worgen-like race, however. There’s ugly, and then there is fugly, and the Dranei make both look like beauty queens.
Tips for professions? Take two gathering professions until the point you reach level 40, and auction off whatever you find. It makes the early levels much easier and you should be able to easily afford your mount without resorting to (much) farming or borrowing from guildmates/friends. After 40, drop whichever gathering profession that doesn’t pair with your desired crafting profession and use that new mount (or all that moolah) to advance your new profession up quickly. After you’ve reached 60 and have your first crafting skill up to 300, drop your last gathering profession and pick up a second crafting profession, esp. since by that point you should be able to afford mats off the AH.
Just thoughts. Keep up the good work.
Micheal
