This just in from the latest patch notes for the forthcoming version 3.3 of WoW:

Meeting Stones: To use any Meeting Stone, it is only required that the character’s minimum level be 15. There is no maximum character level requirement for any Meeting Stone.

And there was much rejoicing.

  5. It’s about time! I’ve been waiting for Blizz to take the limits off because some of the instances (No pun intended) i run peeps through all the time, plus i’m a neophyte in mining/jcing so i have to run run people through Deadmines while i gather ore to prospect.
