What To Do With Your Death Knight
Everybody’s got one. People who play regularly on more than one server typically have more than one. If you don’t have one, you’ve missed the most intriguing class storyline in the game. Of course, we’re talking about your death knight – trained by Arthas, enslaved no more. As a result of the influx of death knights that started almost a year ago, WoW has become overpopulated with players whose alt class doesn’t entirely make sense to them, or just doesn’t mean as much as their favorite class does.
Have you hit 80 on your death knight without really knowing what you’re doing, or how to maximize it? Let’s talk about that.
Today, we’re going to give away a code for a Grunty The Murloc Marine in-game pet from Blizzard and The Instance to one person who participates in this thread on The Instance forums. Solo play/pvp with my death knight is awesome. But when I try to tank with him I feel awkward in the role.
I love my DKs its my new main toons. I was a lock before but the fact that I could solo the Fel Reaver with or without a pet. Plate rocks! DK forever we been nerfed like crazy but thats just cause they fear my power /lol…
I never got into the Death Knight class, but I’m not the type of person to play more than one toon as it is. What little experience I do have was playing through the starting area quest chain back in Beta. While I have made a Death Knight since then and was planning on using it as an opportunity to play the game as the other faction, I’ve ended up never following through with it. So I guess what I do with my Death Knight is use it to collect virtual dust, lol.
I made one so I could see what it was like to be on a FULL server rather than one that doesnt have as many players.
Never really liked them tho.
Doh too late
i play a DK as a main, used to play hunter but switched at 55 to see what all the fuss was about and like what i saw. The cros between tank, self healer and hunter (unholy spec) is interesting to play.
my main is a lvl 80 dk. when i played on my warlock till 55 all i wanted was a dk. this is the kind of vibe u get from dks these days. just another class to roll. but as it turned out i got my dk to 80 and still played more. i’m a tank which comes as bonus ( no queues for me ). my mate had a 55 priest which he stay on till 55 then went to a dk. at lvl 73 ( i think) he went and deleted it because it wasn’t right for him ( although he did forget he had spent 1000g on the dk flying mount and had about 375 bs ). Dks may not be for everyone but not all the time they are just another toon off another epicly equiped level 80. also a word of adivice if you are about to roll a dk and you haven’t got to lvl 80 don’t tank till at least 60. this is another way to reduce your aggro lost foot print.
