Write A WoW Haiku, Win A WoW:Cataclysm Beta Key!

It’s really that simple.  Today, I’m giving two beta keys to the writers of two haiku about WoW.  You may post your haiku in the comments here or on our Facebook wall.  Please only enter with one haiku, the best you can contrive.

My bare dwarf feet on

Cool dewy grass feel just right

A fine hunter’s day

I will be convening a panel of judges when this contest is closed for entries, which will be at 9PM PDT (midnight eastern) today.  So you have six hours to give it your best shot! Good luck!

  32. FYI, this contest ended, like… days ago. Apparently I was two hours too late, which I only found out after an anxious, fitful night of attempted sleep, followed by a morning of utter bewilderment and agonizing otiosity, leading on to a frantic afternoon flurry of scrutinous searching, concluding with sorrow-filled sigh of disappointment and an evening of lamenting over the loss of my chance to take part in what is quite possibly the only beta that I ever have and likely ever will truly care about.

    So yeah… a front-page “Hey guys, this contest is over now.” would have been nice. ‘Course the fact that they’re giving these things away in the first place is pretty darn cool, so despite my nerdrage, I’ve got nothing but props headed your way.
