Patch 4.2: We Bid Thy Keyring Adieu! Blizzard says: “World of Warcraft has evolved quite a bit since the day the Keyring bag slot was added in patch 1.11. When implemented, this Keyring provided players with a convenient way of storing dungeon, quest, and other keys automatically. Back when the largest bag was a mind bottling 18 slots – rumoured to be bottomless – the Keyring helped save precious bag space. But as things tend to do, time went on, bags got bigger, and designs for gating content (literally and figuratively) evolved through the years.”

A list of the keys that are staying in the game.

Chinese prisoners forced into WoW “goldmining” scheme, says detainee. “In what could be considered the most modern form of prisoner torture know, prisoners in a labor camp in northeastern China have allegedly been forced to play MMORPG’s like World of Warcraft in an elaborate scheme said to net prison bosses approximately $800 to $900 per day.

  1. On the karazhan keying, you haven’t need that since 2.3 all you had to do was die naked on the steps and rez inside the gate ;) . This was easily achieved Pre-Cata with the mobs around, and post-Cata by flying in the air above the steps and dismounting

  6. You can add my gld in as a casualty of cataclysm. We raided essentially one day a week for about dour hours. We successfully raided everything that wrath had for us. We tried for about three weeks to kill something in Cataclysm with no success. After that the depressing lack of progression killed our guild which has been arou d and raiding since BC.
Also I would say our trouble was less with the mechanics of the fight and more with the horrible new healing methods and how they conflict with these new raids. There are so many places where one persons mistake can quicklylead to the wipe. It seemed like we had finally realized the best of wow in wrath, and then took a huge step backwards with this expansion. I’m still playng but only leveling up alts because I still really love the leveling expience. I just can’t find a way into this end game. It makes me sad.

  7. The F-Bomb was the britt saying “Folking” or some such in reference to a character name
