My guild has Denova HM on farm status, and the main host of this show has yet to get a character past the 6th planet in the Imperial leveling progression. An apt comparison of this scenario would be a brain surgeon listening to a biology lecture by a high school freshman.
To be fair, Scott & Co. have never been ‘all about raiding’ in any of their shows. The regular Instance show commonly refers to this subject as they are pretty well behind the curve for progression – but right about where most other players are; not too far along in the raiding curve but not exactly newbies either.
Hey, I love TOR too, I really do, but I think the relevant question to ask here is this: What’s keeping these guys from fully devoting time to this game and seeing end-game content for themselves and what is BioWare going to do for dudes like this (and countless others out there who play TOR)? I think Dills and Scott enjoy playing TOR but something is holding them back from fully engaging in it … if the boys and gals in Austin can figure out what that something is, we’ll see a really, really healthy population in TOR again.
I don’t think the hosts when doing the instance had characters past 60 till right before the burning crusade was released. Its hard to remember but, I’m pretty sure it was over a year of podcast about wow with no 60′s. They still became the biggest podcast about WoW. I love the podcast and am looking forward to the hosts thoughts on the game when they hit level cap but, still enjoy the podcast even if they aren’t.
Did you guys mention that there was a free soundtrack that could be downloaded? I don’t see it anyone on the show notes or SWTOR official page
Yes i have look to and can not find it anywhere but love to have it.
If you go to Darth Hater’s site, you can search by the soundtrack tag and download each individually through the SWTOR facebook page… which is maybe what they were talking about on the show
Glad you guys are still around. Still love playing TOR and hope people come back as its always better to have more people around. Hopefully the secret space project they have is what we all think it is. If so i bet that helps alot to bring the masses back.
